Hope everyone's doing well <3 Firstly : We've changed up a few things in the subreddit's appearance to fit in during spooky month, and that includes : ✦ The avatar or icon of the subreddit as well as the banner are now Hu Tao and Hu Tao related. ✧ The colors of user flairs which are now orange and black. ✦ The colors of post flairs which are also now orange and black. We also have some new additions to the subreddit : ✦ We've divided the "Pilot service" flair into two, "Pilot services advertisement" and "Looking for a pilot" ✧ We've divided the "Middleman service" flair into two, "Middleman services advertisement" and "Looking for a middleman" ✦ When someone makes a post with the flair "Looking for a middleman", automoderator will tag the trusted middlemen affiliated with r/GenshinTrades. ✧ We've extended the rules and added two more rules regarding giveaways and begging for accounts, you can view them right under the subreddit's rules. ✦ We've added warnings regarding common scamming schemes to the sidebar widgets. ✧ We've added information about each moderator including their usernames, activity status and timezone. Secondly : We opened the three applications again! Please make sure you read the requirements before applying or your application will be rejected! Note : People who previously applied and didn't get a reply back for their application have been rejected, please make sure you fit the requirements before applying, otherwise, your application will automatically be rejected and deleted. MOD APPLICATIONS In order to be considered as a potential moderator of r/GenshinTrades, the applicants must fulfil these requirements : ✦ Must be willing to take moderation seriously and not just for fun. [ applications with a response along the lines of this will be rejected and deleted] ✧ Be familiar with how trading and selling of accounts and how Genshin Impact related services work. ✦ Reddit account age must be over 6 months. ✧ Must have over 500 karma. You can see your current account karma by visiting your profile page. ✦ No reports made against the applicants. If we find out that there is scam report(s) or unreliable trader/middleman/pilot report(s) made against you, then you must provide sufficient evidence that the reports are false and you were unaware of them. ✧ The applicants must have a good reputation. This doesn't mean that you have to be popular within the community. If you don't have a bad reputation nor a history of discourtesy, you're good to go. ✦ The applicants must be over the age of 15. ✧ Must use Discord. In order to keep the moderators up to date and organized, discussions about subreddit's policies and moderation related topics will take place on Discord. If you believe that you are a fit for moderating r/GenshinTrades[/URL] and meet the requirements mentioned above, then apply for a spot in our moderation team by filling out the mod applications form. TRUSTED PILOT APPLICATIONS Requirements : ✦ No reports made against the applicants. If we find out that there is scam report(s) or unreliable pilot report(s) made against you, then you must provide sufficient evidence that the reports are false and you were unaware of them. ✧ Must have over 150-300 karma. ✦ Account age must be over 6 months. ✧ Must be patient, mature and respectful. We will not tolerate anyone who shares "controversial opinions" on our community. ✦ Must have over 20 GOOD reddit vouches for piloting that fit the vouch requirements and use the correct vouching format [READ RULE 10]. ✧ The applicants must have a good reputation. This doesn't mean that you have to be popular within the community. If you don't have a bad reputation nor a history of discourtesy, you're good to go. ✦ Must send screenshots of task progress and logging in and logging out of the clients' account. ✧ Must be able to remove devices from the client's account. ✦ Must be able to send before piloting and after piloting screenshots (main menu, user account center, wish pages, inventory) - this step is optional for pilots but if you do it, it will be a plus for you as a pilot as it protects you and the client from possible future accusations. MANDATORY if the client asks you to do so. If you fit all the previous requirements, you can apply on the trusted pilot application. TRUSTED MIDDLEMAN APPLICATIONS Requirements : ✦ No reports made against the applicants. If we find out that there is scam report(s) or unreliable middleman report(s) made against you, then you must provide sufficient evidence that the reports are false and you were unaware of them. ✧ Must have over 150-300 karma. ✦ Account age must be over 6 months. ✧ Must be patient, mature and respectful. We will not tolerate anyone who shares "controversial opinions" on our community. ✦ Must have over 30 GOOD reddit middleman vouches that use the correct vouching format. ✧ The applicants must have a good reputation. This doesn't mean that you have to be popular within the community. If you don't have a bad reputation nor a history of discourtesy, you're good to go.
