Yeah why? It makes no sence that a refund works based on price. I order a swarowski binocular for 2500 pound or if i order a laptop for 300 pound. The laptop is even bigger but most could make a refund on that but not on The binocular. Maybee Amazon for exemple thinks that a more valuble item do not dissapear that easy but that just no logic at all what so ever.
