Hey so I recently purchased a capital one bank account off a fishy website and I was wondering if it could be deactivated? And if it is, is it impossible to verify my PayPal I have it linked though and is would I need to go in the bank account to take out the money when PayPal send like a dollar over or will I have to go on the account and claim the dollar then confirm it
