Hi I just done a 250GBP refund from .co.uk. Next day i recieve a cis email Now i understand that i cant do anymore refund on that acc. I am planning to get a new acc. New address. New ip（go to internet bar to do the SE）and new name. So my question is can i use a fake name and fake billing address to register the prepaid credit card in the UK？
