    I was talking to him with the "Chat Now" in playerup, But i am not sure how to get the chat logs up. I would like a refund asap

    How do I cancel my order?
    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
