I recommend talking to Apple about if your account is safe to download games from different regions and it set up properly. I’ve had the account over a year after the mistake of breaking ToS of Apple. Since then, no issues. Android: You can play the game by a 3rd party app from the play store. You won’t be able to buy anything since google play store is in the US. If you know your way around the play store. Then you’ll be fine.
