Buying  Selling  Many Chars Looking for someone to power level or who is selling accounts

Hey guys. I am looking for one of two things.

a) A person who offers power leveling services who is good to get an account from the start of Krokotopia to the end of Empyrea. This is only one wizard (Storm) and has no real requests on it other than gear that is good to PVE. The person who this account is for does not PVP. Must be in the USA and on USA servers

b) A person who is selling an account with either a fire or storm wizard. The wizard on the account MUST be a female as it’s for my little sister. It does not need open chat. My little sister is only JUST about to make 13. Hence why I’m aiming at end of Empyrea because the wizard should be around level 130. It’s supposed to be cute. Idk. The account must come with master pass and original email. I don’t want to take any chances on my sister an account. She’s my youngest sibling and so it’s important that she has something good. This account must be good for PVE as I do not think my sister will enjoy much of PVP as she’s a cozy gamer. The fact she was caught playing Wozard101 is actually kinda amazing. Must be in the USA and on US servers
