    I do not know any other contact details from him, just his player up name. Also when I was buying the account off him he said that I couldn't get the email, he also said that me not being able to get the email then I should cancel the transaction. He also seemed very nice as well therefore I am a little confused.

    That is all I can access on the 3 way conversation. The rest of he chat was on private chat, but I can not access it because I am a "High risk."

    Now the issue is that everything was working, I bought the account on Saturday and it was working fine until this morning when I tried to login it it said "Login failed" and when I entered the username and pass it failed no matter how many times I tried. So I believe I have been scammed as I can not log on to the account. So I just wasted my money and time. Please Give me a refund or resolve this so I regain access to the account I purchased.

    Since this is a middleman transaction

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). Click Change Order Status
    3). Select Buyer Cancel Order
    4). Your refund will then be processed shortly afterwards
    5). Issue the seller a negative feedback for failing to deliver (optional step)

    I can't see a "change order status anywhere," has this got anything to do with me being high risk?
