As the title said. I just want to SE starbucks customer in Malaysia. After i call them . they just ask me what happened and more.... at the end . they just said sorry and just that. no refund. no gift card. just apologize.. is other country having the same thing? my country is Malaysia. if someone from malaysia had try to SE Starbucks Malaysia and successful getting refund/gc tell me p/s: maybe would try later
