    Casual buyer when u must be verified before u can buy a acc. that mean u must make a pic for identity card and send that to them and then u get the "verified" behind your name, the same for the seller. If u dont have that the 3 way conversation dont get started. Seller dont release the acc date to the buyer until the 3 way conversation get opened.
