Terrible. That's Paypal for you. Unless you're a big merchant or have some manager representing your account you really have no strings you can pull with their disputes department. They usually side with the buyer. However we can help you here if the dispute is closed in the buyers favor we will proceed with your Plan B but I must stress to you there is no guarantees this will resolve your issue and it could take several weeks/months. On your end you don't need to do anything.
