How long does Amazon take to link your blacklisted account to your new one?

Account/Address got blacklisted around 3 weeks ago now. Got a new IP a week ago, new email and new name and it's all been good so far. I put in $10 into my balance earlier and made an order to a differently worded address of mine.

Example: Instead of 38a Noah Street, i put 38Noah St. and then Unit A on the second line. Used a name from a family member and ordered it. So far everything seems good, hasn't been cancelled and i got the usual "We'll email you when it ships" email. But how long does it usually take for Amazon to link two addresses/accounts together?

Edit: Forgot to mention, the order isn't sold or fulfilled by Amazon. Would that make a difference?
