So i want to buy an SSD for 130 bucks from a private seller on playerup.com, but the seller says he only accepts friends & family payments because he's afraid of getting scammed. Now of course that would be risky for me, so my question is whether it's possible/how high the chance is for me to get my money back if i logged in from a different computer + IP Adress while i make the payment and later claim an unauthorized payment/acces. (I'm NOT looking to scam the seller, I would only refund the payment if the seller scammed me. (e.g. if he would not send the SSD)) thanks in advance.
