Never Delivered Buyer Promised me Clash Royale Account, has gotten with the things I promised him and is not replyin

So I pmed this buyer and we came to the conclusion that I would give him a few gift cards for his Clash Royale account, but has never given it to me. I know that u might say that I didnt go via ur website, but I was very clear on the trade being live and once I gave it to him, he never responded back. I hope you can resolve this. I dont have his username but do have his email.
