    Ofc it will stay. If you transform a shirt into pvp tattoo it will stay as well. And the Tatto exspires after 21 days.

    Hi it never transform back to its orginal look unless you spend 50 emblems for original design :) even the item says it will expire is 3 days,24 hours or whatever just ignore them
