Where do you get the blue buff beside the star aligned debuff in the first picture, and where do you get that purple lady vigil that Ivan has in the second picture?
It May be just Hp potion bug idk how its called i think its aged orc blood or something like that or its some proc
That blue buff is Halloween candy buff, the vigil you can only get from events or black market. Although you will see both frequently because people dupe them
Oh you mean the angel vigil well ye you van buy it sometimes in the black market or get it in events or from hackers it's very good I always use it in legend dungeons
