    He also uses the K:I:K hearthplayer and has the name Troy Beli. Although I'm guessing he has multiple accounts.

    Definitely a scammer. Contacted me and promised to finish the deal, but it still hasn't been done. Lots of promises, but no delivery. Stay away!

    He's claiming to sell a TH10 called Arsonist. He will offer to bring it to your clan as proof he owns it. Then he will even agree to a partial payment up font and the rest after delivery. Problem is, delivery never happens.

    Oh yeah, and he wants the PayPal sent via friends and family so you can't file a dispute on it.

    If he follows through, I will update the post as such, but I highly doubt he's an honest person. If there is not update stating otherwise, he's a verified scammer and you should avoid him.
