Got an SE project for you fellas. Has anyone SE'd parts of a desktop successfully?

    I'm currently interested in the HTC Vive and subsequently need a strong Desktop PC to run it well. I plan to SE individual computer parts from different websites, and was wondering if anyone had experience/success in doing so. I have experience SE'ing myself, but would like to know if any of you had success in doing so. I'd be willing to compensate as well if the information is good.

    What are some things I would have to take into consideration?
