Hi I've ordered multiple items online and it was a split delivery 5 separate items I said to them 1 is missing but the guy sent me the signed delivery signature which I did signed but obviously I didn't sign my real signature when the DHL man came to my door. So how do I reply back to customer service? I said the last item didn't arrive then customer service said it did and I signed it. Can someone help me out please? I really really appreciate the help I will happily return something back to you for helping me out.
