So I have this paypal account, and I applied for a debit card. Now for some reason, when ever I put my address in, paypal rejects it for some reason. I contacted paypal quite a few times regarding this matter and they just keep transferring me over and over again. So, I need someone who can receive this mail/letter and then reship it to my address. That's it. I am willing to pay 20-30$ (shipping fees 6$ included) via paypal (or any other payment method you like).
How this goes step by step,
1)You give me your address, I give it to paypal.
2)You receive the mail within 7-10 business days.
3)When you get it, you take a picture of the mail next to a piece of paper with my name written on it (So I know you have received the mail)
4)Once I trust you, I send you 50% of the amount in btc.
5)Once you get your money, you go to a USPS nearby, put that letter in to a small box (you can use flat rate small box from usps, costs like 6$), I give you my address, you write that on the label or box and ship it. (MAKE SURE IT HAS A TRACKING CODE)
6)After that, you send me the tracking code and then I send you the other 50% of the amount.

Again, there is no fraudulent activity involved here. This is MY PERSONAL PAYPAL DEBIT CARD that you will receive.

UPDATE: @Z Has apparently reship the letter to me by putting it in an envelope and using stamp WHILE I CLEARLY STATED TO PUT THE CARD IN A MEDIUM SIZED BOX AND RESHIP IT TO ME AS A PACKAGE AND PROVIDE ME TRACKING CODE BUT HE DIDN'T. Now the debit card is LOST and I still need someone for this.
