Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you are facing stricter reps on .com refunding. Reps for me are now checking with UPS for GPS location of the driver during delivery and package weight and won't refund for lost package/empty box even if it was legitly signed by a neighbor. Weird thing is this happened a few times with orders on old accs with lots of previous orders and no previous refunds. Not sure what's happening.
