So a friend of mine tried to do a couple refunds back to back but they closed his account on the 2nd order. He contacted the card which he used and had them dispute the charge for the 2nd order. He received an email today from amazon asking why he disputed the payment and for some card details. He asked me whether he was safe or not, and I wanted to check with you guys. Anyone have any experience with this before? Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's not obligated to respond to Amazon or reverse the dispute since they closed his account right?
