@Boomerang you changed your email addresses and contact information on your account. I reset them back. The last person to do this when a dispute was opened we found later to deliberately be scamming people. Hopefully this isn't the case again.

The receipts the buyer provided matchup. You saw the bitcoin address he was sending to and didn't tell him to send to a different one.

I will give you a final chance to resolve this professionally with the buyer. If you resolve the issue, no actions will be taken against you.

This is why we didn't approve moderators right away. You were a frontrunner and now obviously you are blowing everything you built by trying to scam people.

If you find this offensive still, then you are admitting you're guilty and have no intentions to resolve this. On our end, you would ask us to do exactly the same thing if you were the buyer being scammed.

 

So your options here are:

1). Fix this issue with the buyer and no actions will be taken against you
2). Offer the buyer an alternative resolution
3). Walk away and we'll have to take action against you

 

Actually wait @Navy_Seals my mistake here. Do you have a conversation where he showed you what bitcoin addresses to send too? This just shows a confirmation you sent them.

 

We delete disputes if they are resolved so if you resolve this then this won't be visible anymore.

You're claiming the buyer sent to the wrong bitcoin address.

We're asking the buyer to provide us proof of the bitcoin addresses you told him to send payment too. If they matchup then you're at fault here and should resolve this.

 

Yes you are responsible. If he sent them to your other bitcoin addresses then you are currently in possession of this bitcoin. Send them back. Why can't you do this?

 

Under the assumption here you're both legitimate and there was a mistake, what I need to know here is why they were sent to the wrong bitcoin address to begin with. That's why I asked the buyer to confirm some information.

 

So for now I need the buyer to reply back with more information and the seller to offer any alternative solutions to fix this. Until then, I can do nothing more with this dispute. Await your replies.
