Well if you can get an address or more information we can take action against him. For now, try to get a refund from the merchant on that $50 gift card which some merchants will do. Always use a Middleman for these type of transactions. This was a high risk transaction. Gift card transactions like this you really have a 50-50 shot that you won't be ripped off. Do you have anymore information besides a name?
