Buyer claims the account was reset and he cancelled the ticket. But password and email is no longer connected to PTC.
The kid wants to try and get away with refund plus the full control of the account. The original email password was not changed I was able to see the changes made. Pokemon notice was in french. I guess he don't know what he's doing, stolen my account or destroyed it. Can somebody advise about this?
Been told by @Admin to jump in and expedite a few peoples disputes/payments including yours. In your case, you don't need to open a dispute here as you're simply posting a duplicate dispute. Your actual dispute is inside the 3 way conversation ticket. Inside your 3 way conversation ticket though: We're currently waiting for the buyer to respond back who hasn't. Since we still hold the buyers payment your payment is secure. We have given the buyer a 24 hour deadline to respond. If he doesn't then the payments will be released to you like the other payments that have already been sent or are in queue.
