If you give us a location really close to where you live, you won't receive any soft bans since your account will still train on your usual locations. If so we can also train for you on other continents/locations where different pokemons spawn, so you'll end up with really rare pokemons when you log back in!
But to not get a soft ban you have to wait a certain amount of time before you login, we can calculate this for you to prevent any soft bans. This is calculated by checking the time needed to fly with a plane from your location to that location.

We don't use your lucky eggs, incense, lure modules, ... On top of that, the ones you gain by leveling up will also be kept so you can use them afterwards!

If there are any pokemons in your collection you really don't want to be transferred, please tell us so they will be kept safe in your precious collection.
