    his issue is for the name change.
    he said that he changed it to some name but then after some time it was changed back to the original name.
    I really dont know how is that possible to change the name twice?
    he changed it, then it was changed again. and the name change is not available now.

    or maybe some sort of error with Supercell during ownership verification? never encountered this yet.

    that's why im telling him to contact supercell again to clarify.

    the name is back to dex. Im almost certain that niceguy is the one who is in control of the account

    its also in a filipino only clan.(You are from the philippeans). and is in a clan with a th9 account called Dex, which I can only assume is your 2nd account

    Again, like niceguy69 said, contact supercell about the case. They can probably restore the option to change the name

    Still, Ive contacted supercell numerous times but I can never completely verify that the account is mine.

    you know dude, I really dont know how you reported this case to supercell.
    the most important thing for them to verify ownership is the gem purchase receipt- which I already gave you.

    the only thing I cant provide you is the creation date and devices thats been used. but when you report, you can just give it your best guess.

    if you cant properly report. just go with your solution bro, let it be banned lol.
    again and again. I m not the one using the account. the account is from the friend of my friend who we cant contact until now.

    so if u I will just come back here and I will need to instruct you again how to report it, better have it banned bro.
    ive posted repeatedly on how you should report but nothing new.
    go on, dude have it banned. I would be glad too :)

    This case.... @niceguy69, seems like the other guy's accoutn just glitched out. If he keeps contacting Supercell, they'll look at IP logs and ask for ownership, and the account will get banned @ShadowHaze. Just keep the name, and play legit, Niceguy followed up with his side of the deal.

    i think with this problem first need deleted picture Purchase receipt - and information account . Then i can help you contact supercell asking recover account and logout account on all device

    I can able to understand who's mistake is this
    You must give the legit account to your buyer that's why they paying you.
    You got this account from untrusted guy or you did "something else" and sold it to others.
    Contacting supercell won't work man seems the original owner trying to recover the account!!
    Yeah multiple name change possible because that person requested like "the hacker changed the name please revert it back then supercell will change it back"
    You are the whole responsible for this,you didn't gave a legit account

    Already the original owner given an exact details to supercell after that only they banned for 2 days ,your solutions won't work anymore also they won't recover the same account twice, the only solution is go to the original owners home and get the account back otherwise give him either full refund or alternate account

    Actually this verification request won by the original owner not by @ShadowHaze
    That's why supercell gave him a ticket number to shadowaze. there is no way to recover this account again using supercell

    by the way Mr. Stranger, thanks for the concern :D

    let me just put it this way.
    I am quite amazed on how you "easily" judged the case within minutes LOL.
    FYI again, I delivered the account successfully as soon as the 3 way convo has started.
    The buyer did confirm the account delivery. (If you dont believe, im not suprised. Just ask the buyer :D)
    By the time he takes full responsibility of the account, he SHOULD have secured it perfectly and put backup recoveries, etc. Right? "What if" he didn't? Possible, eh? Easy to judge, right Mister? :D

    Because when i still had the account with me, there was no problem at all because i secured it perfectly and put up backups :)
    But the time he received the account, then problems arise.

    How about this case, "What if" the buyer actually has the account and just pretending to lost it hoping for a refund? PLUS a pretty good account, having no sweat and no loss at all? :D How about that? Easy to judge, eh? Hehehehe just sayin' :)

    Oh by the way Mr. Stranger, i certainly have no access to that account anymore. If you cant believe, i can do nothing about it.

    Just so you know, i am also a victim here. Me and my friend shell out funds to purchase this account from his friend.
    Now, you are saying that i lost that account, right? And the buyer-who "maybe" heedlessly secured the account will get a full refund, eh? :D

    How sweet was that, right?

    To cut my story short, my point here is, I sell the account because I Certainly know that the account is 100% safe. Because when it was still with me, it has no problem because "I secured it perfectly".
    However, by the time the buyer takes full responsibility of the account, he's coming back to me like "Hey you scammer! give me back my money!" that's how you see it right mister? LOL

    As a seller, I have done my part fully in providing clean and full account details to the buyer.
    He confirmed delivery.
    BUT we are not sure if he secured it.
    Then what? Refund because i did not provide a LEGIT account? LOL!

    I provided it to him, all clean and safe, and it is now his full responsibility to secure it. BUT did he do secure it?

    That, you might want to know :)

    The only big mistake of @ShadowHaze was he lost the google account.
    Still he posted proof of 2 days ban image,means someone tried to recover that account who is the responsible for that?
    Also how is the name changed again
    Was that Photoshop?
    He can't do the supercell recovery without exact ownership details right?

    Why you didn't enable the 2 step verification for google?
    Still If you having access with the game than create a clan and try to chat with that other person friendly
    1)Tell him you want talk personally
    2)Try to get his contact number

    Mr Concerned guy, can you just re-read all things discussed here previously? It drives me crazy explaining repeatedly for every person who will ask again. Just go read the previous comments to have your questions answered.
