    The following individual disputes payments without any warning or communication and could be fraudulent in that he disputes payments after receiving the item. Anyone attempting to do business or hire this person should know in advance that this person will dispute payments after ordering won't follow your directions. This complaint will be removed once this individual contacts us and resolves all past conflicts.
