    please help i have been out of money and the account for over a week and i was robbed of over a months work and he stole over $500 worth of ingame items...

    While we're waiting for @Josh Coates I have gone ahead and fixed your 2nd payment issue which has now been refunded back to your account. Apologize for the initial wait time on getting those funds back to you but a bug in the payment system caused the payment to be locked as pending which we had to call payment support to fix this issue. Please check and confirm that the funds are back in your account for that 2nd transaction.
