We don't publish information on active disputes. As long as the seller is communicating and trying to resolve this, his information won't be published. If in event though all hope is lost and the seller is deemed intentionally trying to commit some type of scam, then we will publish his information and fine him. We basically give the seller more than enough time to resolve this before we take action. It's only fair for the other party but we won't be fair if he doesn't resolve this with you.

Oh no that is my address, no! One, how you even attempted in recovering my address is extremely ignorant when I have returned/not kept any money. Why I don't want to refund? Not because a negative balance, no, maybe because it doesn't matter? Its Goods and Services, paypal will deal with this.
At this point, it's clear @JaxJack intentionally tried to bait people in order to scam them creating stories in addition to setting us a fake middleman scam to steal from others which he has ignored them for a reason. After I looked into the situation further, @JaxJack likely is a minor and his mom Michelle is the one who authorized @JaxJack to be verified here originally. If that is the case, then my recommendation to all victims is report his PayPal Account to PayPal since he is a minor and you have to be 18+ to use PayPal. If the name on the PayPal is Matthew, then he is also missing PayPal and you should all report his account. My guess is @JaxJack will lose these disputes and have a negative balance in PayPal ripping off PayPal which is why he doesn't want to refund you guys. While I'm not certain on this but this is the likely reason why he isn't willing to refund you guys as he took the money and ran with it. I will give you another 48 hours @JaxJack to resolve this but that is it. As of now, I will not release Michele ID but I will give out @JaxJack full address which is 2503 Midland Road Utica, New York 13501 We have sent @JaxJack a private message. I am going to try one more time reaching out to him (another 48 hours) and then I will transfer his case over to legal and he will be permanently banned here. He has been informed the actions we will do unless he resolves this. If he fails to communicate, then that will conclude that he has no desire to resolve his disputes and we will take action accordingly against him for these non middleman related disputes.
I will consider this dispute resolved thanks to PayPal but obviously with 2 other disputes open @JaxJack is suspended until we hear those are resolved.
