In order to upgrade your HQ to Level 15, you've gotta have a Level 14 Research Lab. I incorrectly assumed that was referring to the Research Centre, but apparently it's not. However, I can see no way of upgrading the Research Lab, so is there something that you have to do/unlock first? Or am I misunderstanding something? # #/WhizzerGoingDown_ . .
