    HI, as talked about earlier , i have contact https://www.playerup.com/mj-store , b ecause after a purchase from hiom i have lost 80% of his telegram channel members, he says to me, and always write in playerup that he has non drop and lifetime refill, in the chat he was very rude and rude, saying he won't give me anything, and he doesn't accept payments with middleman, when on the site it indicates that you can buy, please stop this scammer, I lost $770

    Before reviewing this issue, we need to introduce our Store to dear viewers.
    MJ Store is a trusted community in PlayerUp site since 2021. We have completed more than 550 orders in-site and more than 1000 orders out-side successfully.
    Please Note to the following points:
    1. MJ Store community has never scammed anyone and after receiving each order, our servers will complete orders automatically in specified time.
    2. We do not force any buyers to use our services and customers can buy our services if they are interested. This is not just about out-site purchases, and as you know, all orders have been pursued and completed successfully so far.
    3. Details of all orders on our servers are saved precisely before and after the order is completed.

    About this fake and unknown complaint, please answer below questions:
    1. Who are you? and what's your main account username?
    2. Where did you deal? (Inside or out of the site)
    3. Which service did you buy?
    4. What was amount of your order? write exactly amount of service that you use.
    5. What was date of your deal?
    6. We have checked all of our transactions and never received 770$ in our wallet. If you are right, send your TX ID of Transaction.
    7. In relation to your complaint, please send here reliable valid evidences.
    8. If your transaction is outside the site and your documents are in the form of screenshots, it is essential that ID @mjstore_support is clear in your documents.
    Note: Avoid from sending fake documents that includes accounts with the same profile picture as MJ store. The username @mjstore_support must be specified in your documents.

    Finally, I need to remind you that you never can accuse MJ Store community by opening a fake disputes.
    If you are frauded by other people using our identity (the profile picture of our store), we are not responsible for this issue and you should make sure of your correct connection before making any transaction.
