    Oct 2015 I traded a max TH9 + cash for a max TH10 from @Alex Williams outside of the site (direct trade, MM not used).

    The max TH10 account I received was already linked but only had android login. Alex explained it was his son's account, the iOS info was lost, and it was completely safe. I know now that none of that was true.

    Nov 2015 the account was recalled. I immediately contacted Alex and I've posted screenshots of the messages below. From the start, Alex seemed very helpful but towards the end seemed skeptical of my claim that the account was recalled. He said he contacted whoever had control of the account and stated I sold him the TH10 account through Playerup, which is absolutely not true.

    Alex basically told me to work through Google and he was not responsible for the stolen account.

    I am opening up this dispute now because Alex has opened a dispute with a different user and is in the same exact situation I am in. He purchased accounts from someone, those accounts were stolen by someone (not the seller he bought from), and is holding the seller responsible for the stolen accounts.

    Alex had accounts stolen from him and is demanding the seller to be responsible for the stolen accounts. I demand the same exact thing in this situation.

    I don't think Alex Williams is in the wrong here. He conducts very legit business. Not taking sides but that is my 2 cents.

    Good point @ClasherID, the timing of my trade with Alex and his purchases from calemkem match up. Did Alex trade me one of these # accounts?

    If this ends up being the case, then we can assist you even though it wasn't through middleman services. With that said, we really need to hear feedback from @Alex Williams before we take any action on this dispute. @Alex Williams obviously is a professional so he will eventually respond to this.

    This was the first I was notified this thread existed. I didn't recieve any notification until the admin just tagged me. Can someone please catch me up. What account did I sell to whom and what happened to it?

    I don't seem to have a record of a $500 sale to maniacmat77. I am not saying it didn't happen I just do hundreds of deals. so can you post the PayPal transaction if it was done outside of middleman.

    I just don't show any record of a $500 transaction and certainly not one with a trade. When I review the chat posts above I remember a situation where I helped a person who had an account stolen and there was a he said/he said with a new buyer. But can we start with some basics. Who is the buyer, what is the account name, what was the transaction size, and can I see some receipt of payment.

    Also as a small point of note I have not opened any disputes with any seller. I was brought into the calemkem situation on invitation. @Admin can I recommend these disputes are locked to the parties involved. I get more questions about the calemkem situation than any others and I wasnt a party to starting that, I was the one who lost money on it, and now because he has run I am cleaning up the mess it is causing. I don't know why disputes would be open and I would prefer if this one could be taken to a private chat as well.

    I don't even know the details but my customers seeing disputes with me involved is not good for me either way. Really it doesn't matter the merits of the case but the involvement alone is enough to cause me a lot of wasted time and trouble. So why can disputes not be a private chat between the complaint party, the other party and any admin or middleman involved.

    You provided a Max TH10 40/40. Login info you gave me is also posted in the original post. Account name was XIII and this is also noted in the paypal payment "TH10 XIII"

    For clarity, I entered a $500 transaction value in the original post as an estimate of the value for the Max TH10 account. I never sent you a $500 payment.

    As I stated in the original post, you were very helpful in the beginning. That drastically changed by the end. You claimed that you were communicating with the person who had control of the account and gave me their kiiiiik messenger name. You also gave me the number to gmail and said to work through them.

    I don't know who you were talking to that had control of the account. You never gave me their playerup name or email address. I don't know who that person is. I never sold this account and Middleman can confirm that.

    For months, i tried to resolve this through google with no success. In the end, you stopped supporting me saying some other person had a conflicting story and I lost a Max TH10 account.

    @Admin Are we going to continue this here or in a 3-way conversation. Alex states he will no longer respond to this dispute thread.

    I don't have a preference either way as I have nothing to hide and at this point, nothing to lose. The Max TH10 account was stolen from me, I don't have the Max TH9 account and $75 I traded away, and I have not been given any support for months.

    Ok this is my problem with it being public. Can you please produce any communication that you attempted with me in the last 3 months. You say that you received "no support" can you please show your attempt at getting support from me. Secondly you state that the "value" of what you gave me was $500. Can you show a sold listing in the last 3 months on this site where a TH9 was sold for $425?

    Lastly there are many items of our conversation above that you left out. Including the details on the other buyer who says you sold him the account. It is not for me to judge his relative credibility vs. yours and I will and can post all of that information including his contact information for the administrator but I felt that it would be something you would prefer I do in private rather than public.

    Last you also claim that this transaction occurred in the timeframe and similar to a claim made by Calemkem and you also know this is in fact not the case. Calemkem is based in Vietnam and the person you say stole your account that he says he bought the account was in California which you have seen from the Google device tracker that I showed you.

    So again I am not being reserved from lack of information or lack of a desire to get this crap taken care of rather I thought it would be better for you and frankly more professional that your greatly exaggerated claims be done in private rather than on an open forum but since you decided to again make a disparaging remark like you have not received any support in months I am forced to respond.

    So again can you please post the numerous messages, playerup threads, etc. that you must have sent to me over the last 90-120 days that I didn't answer or ignored.

    Frankly posting pages of seemingly private messages when I was trying to help you out without contacting me first for months reminds me that my biggest mistake here was doing business with you in the first place. If you had a concern a reasonable man would have come to me. But you saw a post where another person decided to drag my name into it and got opportunistic and decided to throw a $500 claim out there because you had nothing to lose.

    In the last 5 months, why don't you show me where you provided me support for this stolen account?

    You stopped helping me Alex, that's exactly my point. Read the messages over again. After reading them once, read them over again.

    I begged for your support. Read the chat. I asked you to help me. Read the messages. I was confused why you said you thought i was lying about the account.

    You stopped helping me and said you didn't believe me. You said there was nothing more you would do for me.

    I posted what I thought were key points in our chat to illustrate the situation. Feel free to post additional messages I did not. Please do so.

    And I beg you to post all the information you were provided by whoever the other person is that stole the account. I said it numerous times in November and I am still saying it - I never sold this account. I do not know who this person is. Please, post all the details and conversations you had with whoever he is. I have absolutely no reason to hide that information.

    Yes, I beg you to do this. Please. Reveal whoever this person is to everyone and everything they said in your private chats with him. Please do this immediately.
