Let me clarify here. Our site has multiple security tools in place. It's very easy for us to see what is going on at all times. We track all movements. You logged into the @justonce account, closed the conversations, changed his email so he couldn't reset the password, told us "I'm off the med", told him to refund your payment. All of this was done by you. Why? If you aren't truthful here then I will close your case. No refund option will be available because you're intentionally trying to deceive us. We had to then spend time getting @justonce account back up and running because of your actions. @Middleman has to reopen both tickets you closed. If you want a refund, you return his account. Simple as that. There is no keeping the account and receiving a refund.
You weren't banned, you are suspended. You're suspended because of what we just said above: I assume @justonce set his password on his game account to be the same password of his PlayerUp Account. I would have to verify this with @justonce but that's my guess on how you gained access to his account. When you're ready to come clean and tell us the truth, we can proceed. Until then, I can't help you if you're deceiving all of us. We're willing to give second chances to those who want it but if you aren't going to be truthful now and be up front with what you did and what you were intending to do then we won't give you a 2nd chance. Do what is right now and we can resolve this issue professionally. Continue to be deceiving and there is no need for me to continue to communicate with you on this dispute.
I change the email stuff because it was my right and Yes I will get my refund as it is my right because you stole @justonce from me but that does not matter what matters is that his account is banned and I just the refund.
Now if you're still denying this then I will check the logs again and fully investigate what happened here.
So you're telling me he gave you his PlayerUp Account? He told you it's okay to write that I got off the meds to cancel this order and refund you? He is telling us the complete opposite. Your story doesn't add up. You're not being truthful here. I'll give you another chance to come clean on why you logged into his PlayerUp Account.
I bought a clash of clans account which I paid then I got the email which is part of the deal and I got the player account access which was part of the email so tell me how its wrong to use what you bought.

As I was given the account I had the right to drive it . But I do not care about the thing I just want to close this purchase with my money where it needs to be and everything goes to normal.
