    POLE DANCING CLASSES Hi Ladies!! (And gents) wanna get fit and giggle all the way through loosing weight? Come to our POLE FITNESS CLASSES! Don't worry about how much you weight, or "i haven't got strong arm muscles" or "I can't lift myself" let me tell you some people start when their 18 stone but at the end of the course they are around 12 stone and still burning calories. It is the most effective way of loosing weight, toning muscles and having fun. The classes are £10 per lesson located in Halesowen. All ages and genders welcome!
