Still working on this. Sorry guys for the lack of working on this. We have some major updates coming soon (one of the biggest yet) we've been working on so this was put off when it shouldn't have been. We thought this was fixed many times. We aren't exactly sure the issue here. Still investigating and should have an update for you shortly.
It's being repaired as we speak. We believe we have found the core of the issue and old emails are being sent and will be completed shortly.
Yes it's almost fixed the email server. All "old" emails are running now and the email server should be fully caught up within 1-2 days.
How this happened was 2 different issues. Both have been fixed so the email server is fixed it's just catching up on old emails first.
Email server almost caught up. Now seeing emails 3-4 days old processing. Should be caught up within the next 12 hours. In order to avoid spam, we can only process X amount of emails at a time. That's why it's taken a few days for all old emails to catch back up to the new ones. Hopefully we never run into this issue again. Thank you all for your patience and reporting this bug!
It's now fully caught up the email server. This is officially resolved. If you still aren't receiving email notifications, then they're going to your spam. Remove us from spam and the issue will be resolved.
