    He is actually a scammer, not a good one.. he sent an invoice to me and i paid the 150 we agreed on, he added a fake tracking number to paypal so he could try to get the money released faster, but they held the money.. he gave me a email and password for an account that was never created, then said he will refund me, he didnt refund me but atleast i know the money is locked and paypal will pay me back, he comes off legit..
