Refunded me via paypal 3 times obviously cause he couldnt work out how to scam me from them . Thought he was legit but how gullible I was. He got me to pay him with steam money via playerup then aknowledged he got paid asked for my email to send details then never responded to PlayerUp msg again. $80 USD out of pocket so pretty upset. He even parked his coc acc in my clan until he got the money. Unsure on how I could have him for fraud or wether I can use paypal to track him for authorities to deal with. Several things: We have verified the person is fraud. All accounts connected to this person have been suspended which were already suspended prior to this. The individual is based in Argentina so our Fraud Combat Service won't work for this case. Can you get a refund on those steam codes?
