Hello, @Middleman , kindly be informed that we have sorted out the issue with the buyer for his purchase but the buyer posted a negative feedback on my profile ( it was his first time to use middleman service and he thought that money went to me directly ) and nither me nor him can delete that please this feedback killing my reputation on my selling base. I wasnt able to delete tye negative feedback but i tried to. Im still waiting for the middleman to start a three way conversation though.
I removed this feedback but according to the buyer @woods, he bought this item, you told him it already sold. Please confirm this. If this is the case, the negative feedback shouldn't have been removed. You failed to deliver and close the listing, made @woods panic which is why the feedback was issued.
