You got scammed so easily... The banned user never paid the middleman and the only one who can recover the account is you. Contact Supercell and ask them to restore your account 'cuz it got hacked. (don't mention them that you tried to sell it or else it'll be permanently disabled)
You did it without a middleman contacting you. Once they pay a middleman will open a conversation but that never happened. He just said he paid without ANY PROOF. That's why academialMVU said you got scammed. Also if they paid then they would have a confirmation ID to post in the chat before a middleman contacts you but that didn't happen.
Making this as clear and simple here. He's been banned prior to you even opening this dispute because he's fraud. 100% fraud.
Anybody can claim they paid for an item. You have to actually check and get confirmation. He basically lied to you and claimed he paid when he didn't.
