    Summary: payment provided via paypal, seller claims payment is on hold pending funds, paypal (via their support center and the attached documents). The seller may refund the money after 21 days, but I've never heard of such a hold and her email with me suggested I contact paypal and claim I didn't authorize the funds transfer (also attached). All of this may be a misunderstanding, but I want to alert other members and request a possible flag on the sellers account until this is resolved (either the account is delivered or the funds are refunded to my account)

    I'm currently handling this one as he did send the fund via paypal they are pending. Seems to be alot of errors will take a suspension if need be till this one is resolved.

    Take care have to sign off for now you can read into the conversation. Show the message paypal gave me that it's pending. If anything more is needed please feel free to contact me.

    Please read pms for resolution. This one can easily be handled, for the one with mr sami is the only other one still active i will simply refund him if he returns the account to my possesion, thanks.

    No this one is the only one didnt resolve due to pending balance on a paypal with issues. Anyways can you reply to the one that actively being resolved @Admin .

    This is still pending resolution.. however Slayer55555 has been in regular contact with me. This is waiting on paypal to release the funds to Slayer (it's cleared my account on Saturday).

    @Admin -- FYI for the purchase outlined in this thread (Dispute #3), it's still pending and the account has not been delivered yet. @Slayer5555, have you contacted paypal and tried to resolve? I called Paypal yesterday and spoke to someone, and they confirmed the issues were with your paypal account (which you already acknowledged); I'd really like to get the account transfer completed ASAP

    @warnerbw i told you i dont prefer paypal why im having these issues i show you message that it would deliver 21 days i can not spped nor delay this...

    WAs told before even sent any money issues with my paypal....

    @Slayer5555 - with all due respect, what you said in our communication was "Issue with paypal due to a charge-back of course in my business I've dealt with alot of them. Again we can attempt paypal hopefully you file not commit fraud (charge-back).".

    You never said it wouldn't work, you never said your account regularly gets hit with a 21 day hold, you never said don't use paypal. All of the conversations are attached to this dispute for anyone, including @Admin, who wants to review them.

    I'm being patient, and I didn't commit fraud.. paypal is very clear that you have the money and I can't get it back. The fact that you have a 21 day account hold is penalizing me..

    Please do not make this sound like you told me not to use paypal and I disregarded your warning. There are 3 pages of back and forth with you on this (again attached), and the payment was completed in the first page first 5 messages...

    Deliver the account as promised and I'll be the first to recommend to @Admin your account be reinstated.

    @Slayer55555 has stopped responding. Will extend a 48 hour notice @Slayer55555 before we start to consider other routes to resolve this issue.

    This is a classic example of why we push for people to go through PlayerUp Middleman Services and why we can't just let sellers do as they please. Slayer55555 and a few other sellers have abused the process. Through us, we can resolve this dispute on our end without @Slayer55555 assistance.

    If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours @Slayer55555, we will instruct these members how to take action against you, how to attempt to recover their funds, release your information publically so they can pursue you legally if need be, and we'll fine you using our Combat Fraud Service for each victim.

    Additionally, we'll encourage these members to open a dispute with Powerbot to close that account.

    You have an opportunity to fix this and do what is right. Right now is the defining moment in your life to do what is right now or be labeled as a bad person who scams others.

    You have 48 hours.

    Also last before head out i will fix the issue with the other user warn. I 100% will not give those other two another two accounts taking money out of my hard earn pay to people who consistently try to back stab steal what is yours. I can 100% know you will not be able to fine me without me able to defend from "accusation". Espically i caught them in lie of saying rick secured the account had no issues further to this. Untill @Mr.Sami changed the information claimed the account was not linked, simply why change the email to the ios information if the information was wrong? I can't even post anymore proof to defend myself due to restrictions of being suspended I will not keep trying to resolve a issue if people are trying to take advantage and i 100% grantuee once show proof account were delivered there is nothing legally that can happen. So to you @Mr.Sami trying to get away with this it won't work, letting you know. Since this was offsite transaction i know legally all i had to do was deliver account no matter what the staff here has to say.

    Also to your further display of discipline as threaten my reputation on another site, they dont ban for offsite matter so therefore that "threat" has no weight.

    I'm sure your just doing your job @Admin but again siding with someone just by "hear say" isn't professional and shows how im not scared of your threats as legal action as 100% gave the correct information to both these users.

    Both of these user were aware of how to take legal action if scam occured any payment through online can be traced and reversed if you report it as a scam.

    Not going to argue just letting you know you can ban me for these false accusations and if a "fine" does occur in my mail I will simply use money to fight the claim if need be or simply say my side of it.

    As for you threatening to post my private information, I can't personally stop you from doing so, but again what will that do other than show my last address and my License? Half the people accused that your "tarnishing" there reputation is there relatives or not even them but thats besides the point.

    @Slayer5555 - I wanted to check in, we are getting close the 21 day maximum hold paypal can impose on incoming funds. Have the funds been released so we can complete this transaction?

    Honestly didn't the @Admin warn you not communicate on any of my threads?
    You are honestly the most non-helpful user on these forums simply speak out of ignorance. Swearing at the accused when you obvious don't read any bit of threads nor do you even use these forum to buy or sell so obviously comes to the conclusion your here to just speak nonsense in the dispute section.

    Do yourself a favor and don't post on any of my thread or threads that invovle me again already accepted a ban if comes down to it.

    As for @warnerbw Funds have not yet appeared in my paypal 21 days is up in 4 days if it doesnt appear simply call paypal once again.

    Also to your other comment i did tell you issues with paypal before you ever sent the funds, you can re-read are conversations as they're all on playerup. I even assisted we don't use paypal but i was open to try it but this is besides the point i still am consistently trying to assist this matter if you wouldn't mind assisting this as well because it's both of are issues.

    I will refund payment soon as i see it in my balance even if I'm banned because i am liable if i don't.

    Yes, hopefully please allow my account to post pictures due to everything is just "hear say" if i don't have the ability to post pictures.

    I'm also still confused as why people are saying i still have 3 active disputes open yet 2 of them are people supplied accounts for who are no longer saying anything after they said problems with accounts yet they don't want to give them back. It's been weeks with those issues even though you've ask them to just supply information i gave them on playerup.

    @Slayer5555 - thanks for staying in contact thru the process... in terms of who said what around the usage of paypal, I respectfully disagree; however it's really not important at this point and the various communications are posted for other members to review. The payment was made on 12/26, so the 21 day hold expires on (or before) 1/16, which is Saturday.

    On Saturday, please deliver the account as originally planned and we can close this thread out.
