    No actual chats have taken place, only passwords have been changed more than 10 times. He has never responded to me on nay platform.

    If it is just because of too many password changes it should not be permanent. Do you have access to the e-mail?

    no I only received a notification when logging in to war thunder saying that there has been a suspicious amount of password changes, your account has been frozen
