    Sorry for the image upload links. I could only upload 10 here.

    I was talking with a friend and he said the IP wouldn't be the issue. I believe someone keeps trying to access the account and the account is not secure.

    The seller has been very helpful towards the issues so I don't believe they need to be punished. They have said multiple times they are fine with it being refunded.

    Hi, there is a problem with the account whereby it keeps getting locked whenever the buyer tries to log in. Although it's been recovered once and restored to the buyer, it becomes locked as soon as the buyer logs in.

    I've been giving my full assistance to the buyer as I feel that he shouldn't be paying for an account that cannot be accessed freely and without constraint. I agree to a full refund of the monies paid and will seek to recover my losses on my end.

    Thanks @Queenlingz. Just to clarify @Admin and @Middleman , the Money still has not reached the seller. If we can refund the payment that would work.
