    I was given account 2 days ago tryed to login still had security on it ask if it could taken off email alot never got replys back password was change today.

    If she can explain to me and the admins why password was change and why she has not replying to my emails if she can fix this then i bee happy if not i want my money back

    Since the member has no feedback, recommendation is file a PayPal Dispute. Only time not to file a PayPal Dispute is if the seller is credible. Then you give the seller time before opening a PayPal Dispute.

    I cant file a dispute it was under friends and family what can i do?
