As for your pending payment / transaction, this was not paid out because you were already paid by the buyer directly. We soft suspended your payout and didn't process it due to this as obviously we are not going to pay you TWICE for the same order. The buyer has already been refunded for this payment. Since no funds are collections / due to you, all sales are now officially cancelled on PlayerUp and due to your history of being banned before and on other sites, this will conclude our business with you on PlayerUp.
