    I contacted Twicetek and talked to him. This is definitely a scam. He comes up with reasons why he can't do the transaction through playerup and wants you to pay 50% beforehand and then he gives you the account and you pay the rest. He declined to use any other middle services even if I let him suggest one (besides my suggestion). Then he unfriended me on Discord when I didn't want to go without a middle service. That's conclusive proof he's a scammer.
