Sold  Bulgarian team in 3/5 division mid-tier for sale

Selling my personal team from 2010 with a two years pause inbetween so it counts from 07/2016 but the previous team is listed in the club info. This team can hold out in the third division for 2 seasons at least currently Ranked #3 485 in the World, #51 in Bulgaria and #16 in Sofia. Has a very good and successful youth setup and I have sold plenty of prospects with the top sale going for 20M leva (10m euro). Has 3 youngsters that have very high prospects of making the NT. Trained my own GK and still training HG midfielders for the team. The idea was the build up a HG LS team but I have quite the amounts of work for the foreseeable future and can't keep up with the game. Got 7.5M lv in cash + will be getting at least 1M for qualification in the league + got 25,5M lv in reserve capital. Got a 55k stadium and 3020 fans. In derby matches it usually generates 1.2M+ lv = 600k euro. The team was really cared for and looked after but the amount of free time is limiting me nowadays so it feels like a burden. I really got no time free anymore to be investing it heavily into the game as I have in the past. No cheeky offers please. Let's not waste each others` time.
