There are several victims and we have filed many reports against @mark de guzman for he has collected money and never delivered promised products. As you can see there is a good amount of money @mark de guzman has not delivered. As for my side, I just used @mark de guzman's paypal account as the recipient for my transactions' payment and unfortunately my money inside @mark de guzman's paypal got caught up in this situation and I am afraid that my money may get frozen as well along with his PayPal account. I guess I can call myself the Victim by the Victim's action which is they reported @mark de guzman's PayPal account as fraud where my money is. @Middleman I opened a ticket via Private Conversation with you regarding this issue about my money inside @mark de guzman's PayPal account. Please consider it if my request there is still possible to do. Just to be clear, I dont have anything against @mark de guzman I just don't want my money to get caught up and be frozen. @mark de guzman is a good friend of mine and I still believe in his words that he will pay all his debts from our friends and colleagues. I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
Yes will respond to you shortly here on this. Obviously that's the problem with PayPal. They know what you're selling and it's technically prohibited. The reason we ourselves are able to process bulk transactions through PayPal is we have been with them since 2001. We have managers and people inside PayPal who keep us going. That said, what do you want us and/or @Admin to do here?
@Admin @Middleman I think suspension for @mark de guzman is appropriate until he resolves. Otherwise it is not fair to have him continue to have Bronze status especially after there are several victims here in these cases. We just want the victims to be paid back and compensated for what they spent for product. Anytime a seller takes money and doesn't deliver anything, that is considered stealing, that is only reason why I had to address and make this dispute.
Sorry for the late reply guys. Earlier today his account was suspended per the request of @Trueprime. In this case we will restore it once the issues have been resolved.
I had loaned mark $300 because he said his dad was very sick and I felt bad. He assured me that he would be able to pay me back this week, but he hasn't yet. I had also sent him $440 for bases, but he didn't deliver any of them. I don't believe that he is a scammer, but this is an issue since me and many others have loaned him a lot of money that he never payed back.
Personally, I think you guys are hoping he isn't a scammer but our opinion is there are too many cases at once to believe that he isn't intentionally trying to commit some type of fraud. I wouldn't wait and would start trying to recover the funds now. Meanwhile, he hasn't responded to this thread, we haven't heard a single case he has resolved yet so his account here is suspended indefinitely pending the resolution to these claims. We have done our part on our end but beyond that not sure what else you guys want us to do here? Unfortunately, we are limited on what we can do here. This was done offsite with a trusted party among your group here. If you make specific requests, we can see what we can do on our end but beyond that we are very limited on what we can do.
I just checked [email protected] paypal but it seems to be working just fine right now no limitations. There should be no reason he can't refund your payments right now. Also why is he not responding to messages here yet clearly signing into the site?
@Middleman and @Admin, I'm also a victim of @mark de guzman's act. I tried buying gems from him worth $90.45. I sent him the payment through PayPal because I thought I can trust him. Here is the receipt of our transaction: We tried resolving the issue for days, however, he never respond to my text lately. So, I came To the conclusion that he ran away and took my money. I really tried to understand his situation and be kind to him, but he broke my trust multiple times and I believe it's time I should take actions: not only for me but also to the victims of his scamming act.Here are some of our conversation in kiiiikkkk: I contacted PayPal and they said they can't refund the money coz I sent the money as family/friend, therefore, I'm preparing my self to lose my 90 bucks. @Admin and @Middleman there are more situations on @mark de guzman for bases he sold and now have been compromised recently especially after we have notified him we are trying to resolve these. I personally want to pursue this as legal action for he has already scammed a lot of money and have many victims. Other victims will respond soon as well. @Chris Antonello has been taken for over 1k USD and all of us have money taken as well. We cant contact authorities yet without any help for his local location. But according to my records I know he had Providence in Rizal in the Philippines
