Selling   End game account, nearly all characters, lots of resources

I have almost all the characters apart from some limited ones like summer makoto, Halloween characters and some others.
I have quite a lot of resources so I do think my account is worth something, but I would be completely ok if you made a lower offer. I am keen to get rid of it soon so if you want to make an offer please reply here.
I will continue to maintain the account until it is sold so it won't fall behind.
I haven't invested much into clan battle or pvp, but it is still quite a strong account (top 250 in clan battle and top 50 in PVP)

For some reason, my profile is high risk even though I haven't done anything, though playerup have already said they will remove it soon.
