Directions are clearly noted on the website. The person you talked with on Skype isn't us so it sounds like you were scammed. Recommendation now is to contact the game publishers and recall your account.
yo this isn't resolved. i lost my account and dude lost 225 dollars because you allow people to post that they are middlemen in your goddamn forums.
here's the full story of what happened: This is my first time selling an account ever, and since i just lost my home and my job i decided to sell it for some money to help me till i found another job. Well, this guy named Smooth Destiny contacted me on skype and asked if he could buy my account, and then he said taht he messaged a middleman. so then i get invited to a group convo on skype between me, smooth destiny, and the "middleman". he asked for a payment, and smooth destiny took a screencap of him paying 225 to someone, then the middleman pulled me into a private convo and asked if he could verify the account. he verified, handed the account over to "smooth destiny" and said that he had to do some legal paperwork for PayPal, so that there would be no charge backs etc. and said he'd contact me if anything came up. so then we chat for a while and he says he gets off at 8:30, and told me that he'd let me know when the payment was coming through, but it could take anywhere between 48 hours to 4 days. He then logs off without giving me contact details or anything. Smooth Destiny was the one that said he found a middleman, and now he's playing on my account every day and i have gotten nothing for it.

Moving this to the Disputes Section. As far as I know, no direct member communicated with you? Do you have the other parties PlayerUp Username? You should always talk on PlayerUp Instant Messenger or through the PlayerUp Inbox Conversation Tickets before doing any business with anyone on here. There are alot of impostors who use Skype and K..I..K to scam others.
i honestly dont even know his name. he sent me a few screenshots of the payment and the "middleman" he found, and so i thought it was legit. since it was my first time ever selling something on a site like this i had no idea what to expect. ._.
